After submitting your trademark application, our experienced IP lawyers conduct a review of your trade mark application to ensure it conforms with trade mark practice and procedure. This involves our sister company, XVII Degrees Pty Limited (an incorporated legal firm) managing the application and registration process. This involves checking the application, reviewing the statement of goods and services and classes, applicant details, and filing the application with IP Australia. We cannot guarantee that your application will be registered. If any issues arise, your application will be reviewed, and a report sent to you as to the options in overcoming any adverse report. You agree that XVII Degrees Pty Limited will act as your agent and will be nominated as the “address for service” for any official correspondence. Sometimes nefarious third parties will write to you and demand official publication or registration fees. Please ignore these.
